Current Needs
The hospital is in urgent need of:
Trained medical personnel, doctors and nurses to provide core medical services. Renovation and refurbishment of dilapidated buildings. The Centenary Block, though dilapidated, is the only structurally sound building where a Theatre complex was reestablished by Dr Preman Jeyaratnam.
The most urgent and greatest need at Green Memorial is trained medical staff and funds to develop the medical and surgical wards.
“How Can You Help”
- We are looking for Doctors, Nurses and other medical professionals who can serve the Manipay Hospital on a working holiday basis. We can only provide basic accommodation in the hospital or within walking distance of the hospital.
- We shall gratefully receive medical equipment and medicines.
- Please send donations which will be acknowledged and used purely for the Hospital Revival purposes without erosion by any administration costs.
